Mr Dharma works with dedicated and talented students in the Hills District of Sydney, Australia. After more than 15 years teaching privately and at music schools and university in Australia and overseas, his students now include successful AMEB and Trinity diploma candidates, HSC Encore nominees, as well as prizewinners of such competitions as the Sydney, Ryde and Hawkesbury Eisteddfods, Mid-Year Mozart Piano Competition in Galston and La Pianista Competition. The studio is named AMEB NSW's 2023 Most Outstanding Private Teacher (Grade 7 to Licentiate), having previously been named in the Top 10 list in 2021 and 2022.

Mr Dharma builds individually tailored program for each student according to their goals and abilities. Apart from weekly tuition, students have the opportunity to play in studio classes during school term holidays (except Christmas) as well as public student recitals. Advanced students also have the opportunity to play in masterclasses given by Australian and international pianists such as Prof. Claudia Chan (Hochschule für Musik und Tanz, Köln), Prof. David Fung (Manhattan School of Music and University of British Columbia), Dr Brenda Jones, Prof. Jerry Wong (Melbourne Conservatorium of Music) and Avan Yu (1st prize, 2012 Sydney International Piano Competition).
